About Us
Flex Pilates, Pilates studio in the idyllic Cotswold town of Chipping Camden.
Established in 2020, Flex Pilates was founded by STOTT Pilates Certified instructor Jess Kirkham. We offer Private, equipment, Duet and Small group Matwork classes.
Catering for all ages and abilities the focus will be on addressing your personal needs and tailoring the workouts to suit each individual.
